1996 Swatch Olympic Portraits watch, new in the box and unworn, complete with loupe in excellent condition.

Swatch releases two main collections each year, and this watch, model GB178, was from the Spring/Summer range in 1996 to celebrate Swatch being the official timing partner for the Atlanta summer games.

The watch is in perfect condition, is unused, and has a new battery.  The box is in good condition as well.  Included in the original package is a jeweler’s loupe to allow you to look closer at the different images on the strap.  The images are photographs by Annie Leibovitz.

Omega is more commonly associated with the Olympics, but the Omega brand is owned by Swatch so they could pick and choose which brand to promote, when and where.
