Tony Mitchell
Lieutenant Colonel Mitchell enlisted into the Marine Corps Reserves in 1996 and graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville in May 2000, with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and a minor in Political Science. Upon graduation, he was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the U. S. Marine Corps through the Platoon Leaders Class (PLC) program. Tony also has a masters’ degree in Military History through Norwich University in Vermont.
He is currently stationed at Marine Corps Installations West-Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton in California.
Lieutenant Colonel Mitchell is a Combat Engineer Officer and has deployed multiple time to both Iraq and Afghanistan.
He and his wife April have four children; Anthony, Alexander, Abraham and Annabelle and currently reside in Oceanside, California.
