Only female Medal of Honor Recipient, Mary Walker display including signature

Mary Walker was a United States Army Battlefield Surgeon during the Civil War including the battle of Gettysburg. She was also the only woman to receive the Medal of Honor. She was a United States Army surgeon during the Civil War, as well as an abolitionist, alleged spy and prisoner of war.
