Fran Anderson

Fran Anderson has been part of the Brian LaViolette Foundation’s journey from the very beginning. As Brian’s aunt and a longtime member of the Foundation’s Board of Directors, she has faithfully supported the mission with quiet generosity, thoughtful leadership, and an unwavering commitment to helping others.

Together with her late husband, Ron, Fran played an important role in helping guide the Foundation during its formative years. Following Ron’s passing, she established an endowed scholarship in his memory, ensuring that his legacy of kindness and generosity will continue to encourage students for generations to come.

Before retiring, Fran enjoyed a distinguished 30-year career serving in managerial and executive leadership positions in residential and health care facilities. Throughout her professional life and her years of service to the Foundation, she has been known for her compassion, dedication, and willingness to step forward whenever help was needed.

Whether serving on the Board of Directors, supporting Foundation events, or quietly encouraging others behind the scenes, Fran has remained a constant source of strength and encouragement. Her lifelong belief in education, family, and service has helped Brian’s Foundation continue to grow and fulfill its mission.

Fran lives in Pittsville, Wisconsin, where she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, golfing, and embracing the outdoors.

Her faithful support over more than three decades is a reminder that some of the greatest contributions are made not in the spotlight, but through a lifetime of quiet service and love.
