Esther Cleveland Safford Scholarship
The Esther Cleveland Safford Scholarship at Oconto High School is presented in honor of a former teacher in Oconto County, Wisconsin. It is awarded to a student with plans to major in education. Made possible by Victoria (Safford) Parmentier.
